Regional Director
The Regional Director at 3i is responsible for ensuring that members derive maximum value from the platform. This includes maintaining their interest, encouraging renewals, and promoting the platform to others. The Regional Director is assigned a specific region to oversee, with the goal of ensuring a positive experience for all members. Responsibilities include account management, product adoption, event planning, and sales activities.
Responsibilities Include
- Manage the onboarding process for new members, including scheduling onboarding calls, using visual collateral to walk members through the benefits of 3i, and capturing E&I (expertise and interests) catalog for each member
- Conduct quarterly check-ins with members to track their progress and ensure they are enrolled in sticky products and succeeding at 3i
- Meet product adoption goals across the region by using onboarding and quarterly check-ins to push various products, with limited ad hoc communication to members
- Collaborate with the community to plan and attend events to build community cohesion and engage members
- Ensure members have a positive experience such that they renew their memberships
- Generate referral leads from existing members and conduct screening calls with qualified leads to generate new member sales leads
About you
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in the financial or investment industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
